It is our endeavour to intervene at the intergenerational cycle of malnutrition through collaborative alliances, proactive partnerships, and culturally responsive programs that prioritize nutrition, physical and mental well-being. As advocates for positive nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, we empower women to become ambassadors for wahine (women), whanau (family), and hapori (community), leaving a lasting legacy of well-being for future generations
Be Informed! Be Inspired!
Well-being of Mother and Baby (WoMB)
Centred on the crucial first 1,000 days of life - from conception of pregnancy to the 2nd birthday of the child ( 270 days of pregnancy + 2 years or 730 days). This window of opportunity allows us to program healthy babies for healthy mind and body , paving the way for a healthy adulthood.
Well-being of Women (WoW)
An interdependent program centred on the well-being of women and adolescent girls , that supports issues related to nutrition, lifestyle and mental well-being!
We aim to inform and inspire wahine by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and experiences to make informed choices and healthy lifestyle changes.
We work collaboratively with public health organizations, community groups, businesses, and media we aim to scale our efforts, unite in purpose, and maximize collective impact.
We invite multi-sectoral partnership to leverage resources, expertise in co-creating personalized programs, and community initiatives to foster healthier and more resilient families and achieve our shared goals.
We strive to influence policies and guidelines through think-tank leadership, raise the issues on the unique challenges faced by Indian sub-continent women in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and ensure we have a seat the table for being heard.
We empower wahine with the necessary tools and resources to become strong advocates for positive lifestyle changes, not only for themselves but also for their whanau (families), thereby maximize impact and create a lasting legacy for future generations.
